What is xSMS Housing?

xSMS Housing is an SMS engine for Housing Managements Systems like arcHouse, Universal Housing, Comino, S3, Anite and others. xSMS Housing will generate an SMS appointment reminder against job tickets, Gas service or any other housing management related, date event and sends the message to your tenants.

The SMS messages can be generated at the same time at the job ticket and or closer to the appointment date as a reminder. Sampling has shown over 20% of all job repair appointments result in wasted visits by the maintenance team as a direct result of tenants forgetting about the appointment and not being at home.

xSMS Housing can also be used to generate SMS for any event, even events outside of arcHouse. 3rd party lists can also be used as a distribution list. Tenants can use SMS to reply to surveys and report ASB’s. Research has shown SMS is a great tool to reach young people. The possibilities of SMS Housing are endless, image being able to use xSMS in a DR situation to inform your tenants or staff of any event.
